How to useAdults and children 6 and up can spray 2–3 times in each nostril every 10–12 hours, but no more than twice in a 24-hour period

WarningsDo not use for more than 3 days, and do not use more than directed. Frequent or prolonged use can worsen congestion. You should also consult a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, or trouble urinating.
